Julien Chirol

Composer and producer, Julien Chirol is co-founder of Music Unit with Issam Krimi and Pierre Luzy. A graduate of Paris CNSM (higher national conservatory of music) and of Paris École Polytechnique, he now teaches at Paris CRR (conservatory with regional influence). Alongside his collaborations on stage and in studio with many French artists - Jane Birkin, Alain Souchon, Camille, Bénabar, Jean-Louis Aubert - or internationally renowned - Feist, Saul Williams, Angélique Kidjo, Yuri Buenaventura -, he incessantly develops his own projects in the field of contemporary art and improvised music. Julien is also a forensic expert and a Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.
